Insurance and Payments Options
We participate in the following private insurance programs:
- Blue Cross and Blue Shield
- BCBS Federal Employee Program ONLY
- CIGNA HealthCare (PPO, Open Access, International, & HMO)
- HealthChoice
- PPO USA/GEHA (Effective 10/01/09)
- United HealthCare Network
- AmeriChoice
- Evercare
- Oxford Health Plans
- PacifiCare
- Secure Horizons
Non-participating/out of network insurances:
Medicare and Railroad Medicare
- We are currently non-participating with Medicare.
This means that patients with:
- Medicare only � must pay in full on the date of service.
- Medicare with secondary private insurance � payment will be made by Medicare.
- Medicare with Medicaid � payment will be made by Medicare.
We will bill all Medicare charges for all patients. Medicare will re-imburse the patient for the services that they determine are payable.
